 This was our 5th annual Christmas party. It gets bigger and better every year. |

 Jerome James and Dr. Nick Huntley were a huge hit with the crowd. Jerome is a well known local talent who has recorded several CDs. |
 Dr. Nick Huntley came all the way from Twinsburg to share his awesome voice with us. |
 Cathie Hiltbrand, RN was recognized as “Most Outstanding Supporter”. Cathie has opened her home for fundraising tours and Christmas parties. She has allowed the group the use of her swimming pool and property for summer parties to celebrate our anniversaries. Not only has she participated as a volunteer, but has assisted in fundraising efforts and helped to raise public awareness of ALS. |
 It’s always an event when Brad Sussman speaks. Brad is Executive Director of the ALS Association Northern Ohio Chapter. |
 There was a good turnout at the September 20th Support Group Meeting. One person commented that when you listen to Brad it just makes you want to get on board! |

Weather may have dampened the hair but not the spirits of everyone who attended the 4th anniversary party of the ALS Family Support Group.

Phyllis Van Horn
Phyllis Van Horn, Director was recognized by the Muskingum Lakes Chapter of the American Red Cross during the 4th Annual Hometown Heroes event. She was named Health Care Hero for her work with the ALS Family Support Group.
